Common questions

What happens if ordinary salary payment is on a weekend or public holiday?

If the salary payment is on a weekend or a holiday, the salary will be paid on the first working day before the weekend/holiday.

Example:
If 15 March is a Sunday, the salary will be paid on Friday 13 March.

I have received a pay slip, but the money has still not arrived in my account

If you have received a payslip, you can be sure that the money has been transferred from Jobbkretser. However, it can take a few hours, or up to one working day, before the bank transfers the money to your account. If you have a foreign account number, it can take up to 2-3 working days before you have the money in your bank account. If you do not have a Norwegian bank account and have not received the money after 2-3 working days, you can contact us at support@jobbkretser.no.
